TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The draw date: 27/8/15. Entries close at noon the same date as the draw. The winners will be determined by the judge’s choice of the most wicked grins.  The winners will be advised on their Facebook page. If a winner does not reply within 2 business days they forfeit their prize and another winner will be drawn.  The winners will be posted on the 4WD Action Facebook page and Genie Performance Facebook page.
2. The instructions above and on the host promotion website pages form part of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to determine whether an entry is valid.
3. PRIZES: Prizes include shipping to Australian addresses only. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. The prizes are a DIY product and, as such, any installation costs or associated costs are the responsibility of the winner.
4. Entrants must be Australian residents and must own a 4×4 vehicle. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
6. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to adjust the period of the promotion or shut it down early.
8. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the contest host social website. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to the Promoter, not the host social website.
9. Indemnification and limitation of liability by entering the sweepstakes. Each entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Promoter, the contest host social website platform, administrator, advertising and promotional agencies and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from that entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize that may be won.
